Melissa McCaughey is extremely compassionate and a selfless caregiver. She has been with Comfort Keepers for sixteen years, specializing in dementia care and client care management as an operations owner for the last fourteen years.
She is also a twelve-year member of the Trendsetters Chapter of ABWA and has been a board member since joining. Melissa received the Protégé Award, Woman of the Year awards, and is a national 2026 ABWA Top Ten and a past District VI Vice President.
Melissa has combined these two roles to enhance her business, but also her personal life. In this presentation, she will share with us the effect of attending an ABWA National Conference and how her life has been drastically changed because of it. Her transformational story is published in a book titled, “Wisdom in Her Wake,” by Sunny Simon. You will not want to miss her personal and professional insights, as well as how she inspires and uplifts others.
The Maia Chapter is a league of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA). This event is our monthly in-person and Zoom meeting, and guests are always welcome.
