This is an interactive 45-minute session designed to help professional women harness the power of teaching as a core leadership skill. Drawing from real-world examples, practical frameworks, and engaging discussion, this presentation explores the natural overlap between leadership and teaching, and how intentional “teaching moments” can transform teams, organizations, and careers. Participants will discover the three teaching roles every leader play, learn the 4 S Formula for making lessons stick, and walk away with a personal action plan to educate, inspire, and elevate those they lead.
About our speaker: A graduate of Gonzaga University, Sheryl Redding-Humphrey works as Director, Operations & Safety at the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Her career includes work at Gonzaga University and ARAMARK Conference Centers.
