Conflict gets a bad rap. Many of us have been taught to "avoid" and/or "prevent" conflict. However, conflict is a necessary part of learning and connecting with others. That said, what happens when conflict creates hurt and/or harm? Tina shares how validation is a key to unlock healing in ourselves and others. About our speaker: Tina is a performance consultant and educator with the University of Michigan's department of Organizational Learning. She specializes in organizational effectiveness, culture, leadership, communication, and learning.
