Conflict gets a bad rap. Many of us have been taught to "avoid" and/or "prevent" conflict. However, conflict is a necessary part of learning and connecting with others. That said, what happens when conflict creates hurt and/or harm? Tina shares how validation is a key to unlock healing in ourselves and others. In this talk, Tina Jordan encourages you to explore using conflict and validation as critical tools in your communication toolbox.
